Haunting & Homeselling

Haunting & Homeselling is a print-and-play two-player competitive TTRPG. One player is a real estate agent trying to sell a house. The other is a ghost haunting the house, who wants to prevent it from being sold. Hijinks ensue.

Created for the "Me, My Friend and My RPG" Game Jam

To play this game you need a copy of the rules, two character sheets, pencil and eraser, and a frankly obscene ammount of d6. 

The rulebook file included can be printed onto a letter-size sheet and folded into an eight-page mini-zine follwing this guide. A screen-friendly version with each page presented separately is also included.
